According to the latest statistics on the highest partnerships in the history of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, New Zealand’s TL Seifert and FH Allen currently hold the record with an unbeaten 175-run stand. They achieved this partnership against the U.A.E. in Chennai on 10 February 2026.

England’s AD Hales and JC Buttler occupy second place with an unbroken 170-run opening partnership against India in Adelaide on 10 November 2022.

South Africa’s RR Rossouw and Q de Kock are third on the list, having added 168 runs for the second wicket against Bangladesh in Sydney on 27 October 2022.
